The TAP Soft Medicine Ball used to be designed for basic strength training and is a perfect tool for medicine ball exercises where bounce isn’t wanted. These medicine balls are made with soft vinyl shells and soft filling that provides affect absorption. It is a perfect implement to be used in activities such as medicine ball pass exercises where the padded construction offers the opportunity for rapid movement with reduced risk of injury. Additionally it is ideal for excersises such as wall ball shots where there’s a throwing and catching component involved. These balls are 14 inches in diameter and aren’t suitable for slam type exercises.
