IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT MICRO GAINZ DUMBBELL PLATES:
- Dumbbell plates have a 1″ diameter hole so they ideally clamp onto dumbbell handles which might be 1″ or larger in diameter
- If your particular set has a smaller than 1″ diameter take care of the plates is not going to clutch the take care of accurately and will rotate at the handle
- Plates is not going to work with PowerBlock Dumbbells
